Need an Official Docket or Record?
The right channel depends on the question and the court named on the case. Missouri Case.net is the statewide public starting point for many state cases, while the Howell County Circuit Clerk is the local court-record contact for the 37th Judicial Circuit.
- A public case entry: use the official case search route by name, number, filing date, or scheduled hearing.
- A court date: review the court calendar material, then confirm the individual setting with the circuit or municipal court.
- A certified copy: ask the clerk that maintains the original record and use the local copy-request form where appropriate.
- A specific court file: see court records for the verified request channels and copy products.
- A municipal ticket: use the city court identified on the citation, along with Missouri Case.net when the city directs users there.

The current clerk information lists weekday office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays. The copy-request form also identifies hwl.recordsrequest@courts.mo.gov for records requests; it does not permit filing court documents by email.
